Kiwi Solera

We named this dessert wine Solera because of the depth and richness of flavour, similar to aged sweet sherry. Solera is the traditional method of sherry production in Spain and sol is Spanish for golden sun. Kiwi Solera has rich caramel and hazelnut aromas and focused raisiny sweetness in the mouth. This pairs beautifully with aged cheeses,walnuts, currant chutneys and crackers.
